Death of Beulah Combs
 
Beulah Combs, the 12 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Newton Combs, answered 
to the death summons and passed to the mysterious beyond last Tuesday 
afternoon.  She had been ill with typhoid fever, but at one time was thought 
to be past the danger point and her speedy recovery was expected.  Later a 
change for the worse came which resulted fatally.
 
The funeral service was held at the Baptist Church Wednesday afternoon, 
conducted by Rev. Bell.  A large procession of relatives and friends followed 
the remains to their last resting place in the Cambridge cemetery.  She leaves 
a father and mother, four brothers and three sisters.
