FORMER CAMBRIDGE RESIDENT PASSES
 
David Emory Hustead, who lived on the highway from 1908 to 1917, died at the 
Eugene Oregon Hospital December 1, 1922.  His home was in Collage Grove in the 
same state.
 
Mr. Hustead was sixty-three years of age at the time of his death and besides 
his wife leaves seven children.  They are:  Mrs. Lona J. Thomason of 
Cambridge, Mrs. Chas. Fisher, Dora, Goldie, Lester, Ray and Robert all of 
Cottage Grove.
 
The body was shipped to Cambridge and services were held in the M. E. Church 
here, H. D. McDonald officiating.  Burial was in the Salubria cemetery, 
December 6, 1922.
 
Note:  According to the Oregon Death Index he died 12-1-1922. ch
