Killed by the Cars.

Mrs. Elizabeth Rambo, aged 84 years, was killed Sunday at Weiser by being run 
over by an engine.

Mrs. Rambo arrived in Weiser a few days ago from Kansas to visit her daughter, 
Mrs. W. S. Rinearson.

She was walking on the track and did not see or hear the approaching engine.  
The pilot stuck her squarely, killing her almost instantly.

Her son, who has been working on Jesse Wilson’s ranch near Star, was 
telegraphed for and he rode to Nampa and took the midnight train for Weiser.
