Wilson, one of the best known residents of Adams county, died at his home on Hornet Creek, near Council, Monday of last week. He had been a resident of Washington and Adams counties for more than 27 years, (unreadable) consumption was the cause of his death. He was nearly 54 years of age. Mr. Wilson served three terms as county commissioner of Washington county. He was a man well liked by all who knew him, and he will be missed in the community. R. E. Wilson, of Cambridge, was his brother. In addition to his wife and five children who survive him, he leaves his brother and two brothers, who reside in South Dakota. The remains were laid to rest in the Cambridge cemetery.
