Miss Patsy Crighton became the bride of Oliver Lee Frye at an impressive candlelight wedding ceremony Sunday afternoon at 4:00 o’clock at the home of the groom’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. B. Frye. Rev. Ed Cunningham of the Congregational church officiated. The bride was lovely in gold wool and brown accessories, and wore a corsage of pink orchids. She was attended by Miss Sue Frye, who wore green wool with brown accessories, and a corsage of pink glads. Jack Frye attending his brother as best man. Concluding the ceremony, brides cake and coffee were served, the table most attractive with its white and silver appointments and center arrangements of white rosebuds. Out-of-town guests included Mrs. Phil Rieger of Long Beach, Mr. and Mrs. V. H. Kimbrough and Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Brockman of Caldwell, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Knox and son of Emmett, Mr. Litel of Emmett, and Mrs. Virge Staples of Ontario. Mr. and Mrs. Frye left Sunday evening for Emmett where they will make their home and the groom is in railroad service. The bride was a popular employee of the local bank for many years.
