NELSON-BRIGGS
 
Last Sunday afternoon at the home of the bride's parents Anna Nelson and 
Warren Briggs were united in marriage by Rev. Baker.  The wedding was a very 
quiet affair, no guests being present except the parents and brothers of the 
bride.  In fact few people in the community knew of the wedding until after 
the ceremony had been performed and the happy couple had left for Briggs' 
ranch, which is located in Valley View, 8 miles from town.
 
The bride and groom are both well know and highly esteemed by the people of 
this community and the News joins with their many friends in wishing them a 
long and happy married life.
 
Note:  According to the Western States Marriage Index, Anna Nelson married 
Warren I. Briggs on 10-25-1914 at Cambridge.  Vol 5, page 411.  ch
