Mr Caulk, 89 last Jan 25th, died Monday in Greenville Hospital. He was the son of Abraham and Hannah (Moss) Caulk, early residents of Sorento. He was (incorrectly reported as he was married three times, his first wife was Dora File) twice married, both wives preceded him in death. The first Rose Coleman of Sorento, died many years ago, and later he married Anna Woods. Four daughters, Mrs. Grace Edwards, Litchfield; Mrs. Iva Linquist, Rio, Il.; Mrs. Elva Miller, Cottage Hills, and Mrs. Beulah Frey, Peoria, survive along with 12 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and 17 great great grandchildren. He also leaves two brothers, Elbert of Sorento, and Thomas of Old Ripley. Rev. Paul Chamless officiated, and, burial was at Sunny Side Cemetery.
