She was born north of Pocahontas, October 26, 1832. In August 1852 she married Jacob Lindley. they resided in Clinton cunty near Jamestown until 1844, when they moved west of Pocahontas. To them were born thirteen children, six of whom died in infancy. She leaves a husband and seven children: T.A. Linday and Mrs. Charles Ellington of Greenville, Mrs. Joe Evans of Sorento, J.C. Lindley and Mrs. Goerge Gillespie of Pocahontas, Urias and Sarah Lindley, who reside with their father. She leaves eight grandchildren and three brothers, W.S. File of Sorento, J.D. File of Baden Baden and George A. File of St. Jacob. The Remains were laid to rest in the File cemetery near Baden Baden. Additional Comments: There are two File Cemeteries in Bond County.
