Died at his residence, nothrwest of Pocahontas, Bond County, Illnois.
Grandfather, Williamson Plant, emigrated to Bond County from Tennessee in 
1818, with his wife, six sons: John, William, Robert, Williamson, Lorenzo D. 
and James and Five daughters, Mary, Elizabeth, Frances, Rebecca and Nancy all 
who have passed away.

His only Sister Mrs. Elizabeth Plant Patterson and Mrs America Plant Eppstine 
Are also deceased.

Born near Old Ripley, Bond County, Il. April 12, 1879.
Married Rebecca Ducan of Madison County.  She survives him.  He leaves behind 
three grown sons: Joseph R., L.Dow, and H. Clay Plant.  two married daughters
Mrs. Sarah E Brown,and Mrs Mary Schneider.  Buried in Robinson's Pocahontas, 
Il Bond County.
