Father of Mrs. D.V.Poindexter of this city (Greenville), died at home in 
Pocahontas, Il, July 2,1920.
Lorenzo Dow Plant Born in Madison county, August 11, 1844.
Son of L.B. and Rebecca Plant.  
Married Miss Caroline Dorris.
Had three daughters, Mrs. J.W. Paine, of Pocahontas, Mrs. DonV. Poindexter of 
Greenville, and Mrs. McCune Word died years ago.
Served During Civil War, Co F. 135th Inf.
Survived by two daughters Mrs. Pain and Mrs. Poindexter.
