Sofia Trautman, wife of Philip Trautman, died at her home on West Franklin, 
September 30, 1913, aged 84 years, 9 months and 22 days.
Mrs. Trautman's maiden name was Sofia Krause, daughter of John and Elizabeth 
Krause.  she was born December 9, 1828 in Berlin, Germany.  she came to this 
county in 1852.  In 1856 she married Philip Trautman at Nazereth, Pennsylvania 
and in 1864 they came to Bond County where they lived on a farm, later moving to 
Greenville. 
she is survived by her husband, one son, Enst Trautman of Yuma, Arizona and two 
daughters, Mrs. Agnes Hochderffer of St. Louis and Mrs. John Zeeb of his city.  
Mrs. Trautman is the last of her family.  Interment  was made in Mr. Gilead 
cemetery.
