Marriage Record of Charles Doty and Mary A. Allen - Bureau County, Illinois

NOTE from Submitter: I also received his pension file from the National Archives and 
it contained his marriage certificate (third wife)

It reads:

I  J.M. Mayall a minister of the gospel hereby certify that Mr. Charles
Doty and Mrs.Mary A. Allen were untied in Marriage by me at Ohio in the
County of Bureau and State of Illinois on the 31st day of Dec A.D. 1888

Signed by J.M. Mayall Minister of the Gospel
