Campbell in company with his sister, Mrs. Agnes McDonald, arrived here last Wednesday evening from St. Paul, with the remains of his wife who died on Tuesday morning in a hospital in that city, of valvular heart trouble after a lingering illness lasting several weeks. Deceased was a daughter of Mrs. Barabara Schwirtz of this city, to whose home the remains were taken on the arrival, until Thursday morning at 9 o'clock when the funeral was held from St. Joseph's church, Father Wagener officiating. Interment was made in the Catholic cemetery. The deceased, whose maiden name was Catherine Schwirtz, was 38 years of age, was born and reared in this vicinity until October 11, 1893, when she was married and lived with her husband at Savanna until some ten years ago when they moved to St. Paul. She was the most estimable lady and her death is mourned by a large circcle of relatives and friends. Mr. Cambell returned to his home at St. Paul Friday morning where he is in the employ of a large establishment as city soliciter. He was engaged in railroading until he moved to St. Paul.
