Obit for Alice Pendergraft, Cass County, Illinois

Mrs. Fred (Alice) Pendergraft died at her home, 716 West 6th 
Street, Nov. 22, 1918 at 3 o'clock after a weeks illness of 
influenza.  She was the widow of Fred Pendergraft who died Feb. 
6, 1917.

Alice Pendergraft was born Dec. 7, 1878 in Arenzville Twp, the 
daughter of William and Celia (Measels) Webster.  She is 
survived by her father of Virginia; five children: Kenneth, Ray, 
Russell, Floyd and Hyla; and the following brothers and sisters; 
Mrs. Laura McDaniels of Virginia, Mrs. Ray Matthews, Oliver and 
Harold Webster of Beardstown, and Clayton and Andrew Webster of 
Virginia.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 from 
the home of Oliver Webster, 919 Beard Street, conducted by Rev. 
Fulks of the Latter Day Saints Church.  Interment will be in the 
Beardstown City Cemetery.  Fred I. Cline is in charge of 
arrangements.
