Obituary Helen Modine LEE, Champaign County, Illinois

While doing volunteer data entry at our local library in Ontario,
California, I came across this obituary which might be of some interest to
someone on this list. This does not relate to any surname that I am
researching personally. Nancy
     
Mrs. Helen Modine Lee, wife of Harry R. Lee, field manager for the W. A.
Freemire company, died at her home, 563 West Grove street, yesterday,
following a long illness.

Mrs. Lee's age was 24 years, seven months and 12 days.

Mr and Mrs. Lee came to Ontario for Mrs. Lee's health, their former
residence having been Urbana, Illinois.

Mrs. Lee is survived by her husband, her father and mother, Mr and Mrs. John
J. Reynolds, one daughter, Harriet; one sister Mary, a student at Chaffey;
one brother, Keith, a student in Urbana.

Mrs. Lee was a member of the Presbyterian church and Sunday school at
Sydney, Ill., and also a member of Eastern Star chapter, No. 373, Sydney,
Ill.

Funeral services will be held at Urbana, Ill.

The body will be sent to Illinois this evening by J. B. Draper company, over
Union Pacific.

Mr and Mrs. Reynolds came to California with Mrs. Lee to be near their
daughter during her illness.
