Obituary of R. E. "Ernie" Bishop

Clark County (IL) Democrat, 23 December 1965

Mr. R. E. "Ernie" Bishop, 76, passed away at 3:20 P.M. Saturday at his
residence on R. R. 4 Marshall, Illinois.  Surviving are his wife, Clara
Ann; three daughters, Mrs. Freda Kerley of Lincoln, Illinois, Mrs.
Maxine Macks of R. R. 2, Martinsville, Illinois, Mrs. Pauline Bell of
Marshall, Illinois; one brother, Lee Bishop of Marshall, Illinois; one
sister, Mrs. Jennie Wilhoit of Casey, Illinois, and eight grandchildren
and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 P. M. Tuesday at the Marrs Funeral
Home.  Rev. Dale Wilhoit and Rev. E. C. Horton officiated.  Interment
was in Marshall Cemetery.
