Obituary of Christopher C. Coons

Clark County (IL) Democrat, Wednesday, December 29, 1943


Christopher C. Coons, 73 years old, 1620 First Avenue, died at Smith's
Clinic at Robinson at 7:30 o'clock Sunday evening.  He is survived by the
widow Mabel, five daughters, Mrs. Grace Creason of Morrison, Okla., Mrs.
Pearl Sayer of Detroit, Mich., Mrs. Helen Hargreave of Detroit, Mich.,
Mrs. Juda Isbell and Mrs. May Agnew, both of Terre Haute; one brother
Orville of Mena, Ark., sixteen grand children and eight great grand
children.  The body was taken to the Gillis Chapel pending the completion
of funeral arrangements.
