He leaves father, mother, three brothers and one sister to mourn his early death. His last sickness was of short duration and he was not thought dangerously ill until a short time before death came. Edgar was a boy of excellent habits, obedient to his parents, industrious and painstaking, always thoughtful of his mother whom he loved devotedly. The funeral sermon was preached by Rev. Warner of York at the home, where the white casket was carried into the yard and placed beneath the spreading branches of the large beautiful forest trees, where nature lent an additional loveliness as though the peace of Paradise had fallen upon the shadow of death. Glorious promise that there remaineth such rest for the people of God. The floral tributes were many and beautiful. A large audience was present at the funeral and a long procession followed the remains to its resting place in the Brick cemetery. The family have the sincere sympathy of the community in being bereft of one in whom they had such ..... File at: http://files.usgwarchives.net/il/clark/obits/c/ecline.txt File size: 2 Kb
