Obituary of Lancaster L. Redman

Kansas (IL) Journal, 20 October 1904


Lancaster L. Redman, one of the pioneer residents of the
south part of the township, died at his home seven miles
south of this place Sunday, as a result of a paralytic
stroke.  The deceased was in this city Saturday and was
enjoying his usual health.  He was in a barn lot when
stricken and only lived a short time, never gaining
conciousness.  He was in his 75 year.  The funeral was
conducted from the Richwoods church Tuesday at 11 o'clock
by Elder M. B. Moffett of Paris.
