Obituary of Brother S S WHITEHEAD, Clark County, Illinois

Resolutions of Respect on the death of Bro. S. S. Whitehead, a worthy Bro.
of Eureka Lodge No. 64, I. O. O. F.

Whereas, It has pleased Almighty God in His infinite wisdom to remove from
our midst our beloved brother, therefore in view of the loss sustained and
the loss occasioned to his respected family be it

Resolved that the members of this lodge hereby desire to express their
sense of bereavement and grief at the loss of one of its early members and
to record the enjoyment and profit they have long had in the genial
qualities of the deceased.

Resolved, that we hereby extend our deepest sympathy to his bereaved family
hopin that even in the sadness of their affliction they may yet find some
consolation in knowing that the worth of his qualities and value of his
services are properly appreciated.

Resolved, that the secretary of this lodge send a copy of these resolutions
to the bereaved family  of our departed brother and a copy be recorded on
the minutes of this lodge and be published in the Marshall papers.
