Marriage of Daisy Kuhns and Otis Bell

16 November 1904, Clark County (IL) Herald

On Tuesday evening, Nov. 1, at 4:30 p.m. at the home of the
bride's parents, occured the marriage of Miss Daisy Kuhns and
Otis Bell.  The birde is a daughter of Rudy Kuhns of Wabash
township and is an estimable young lady.  The groom is a son of
Theodore Bell, also of Wabash township.  The house was
beautifully decorated with white chrysantheums and ferns.  At
the appointed time the happy couple took their places in the
parlor where they were joined in wedlock by Rev. J. H. Mundorf
of Marshall, after which an elegant supper was served to which
all did ample justic.  About fifty relatives and friends were
present.

The following presents were received:  Set of disheds, Rudy
Kuhns and wife; rocking chair, H. Kibby; water set, Mrs. H.
Kibby; bed spread, Mrs. Anna McDonald; lamp, Henry Salter and
wife; bed spread, Mrs. clara Maurer and Mae Saiter; table line,
Mrs. A. B. Newhart, water set, Ben Kuhns; work basket, Carl
Newhart; salt box, J. Kuhns and wife; table linen, Mrs. Mike
Maloney; fruit plate, Mrs. M. Marvin; table line, Misses Erma
and Edith Dittman; cake plate and dish, Fred Kalansa and wife;
fruit and butter dish, Mr. and Mrs. John Kuhn; lamp, George
Finkbiner and wife; towels, Will Cork and wife; fruit dish,
Mrs. C. L. Parsons; picture, I. F. Pritchard; cake plate, James
Bell and wife; towel and fruit dish, Sheridan Cooper and wife;
fruit plate, Miss Minnie Bell; cake, Mrs. Roche; cake, Mrs.
Sheridan Cooper; glass set, Will Kibby; dresser scarf, Mrs.
Will Kibby; dish, Marcus Eden and wife.
