Item 1st.I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Margaret five hundred dollars in money. Item 2nd I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Elizabeth five dollars in money. Item 3rd I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Frances Maria five dollars in money. Item 4th I give and bequeath to my beloved son William five dollars in money. I further give to my daughter Margaret all my dishes and cupboard ___. I do hereby appoint and nominate my son-in-law Joseph Dunoven sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby authorizing and empowering him to adjust release and discharge in such manner as he may see proper the debts and claims __to me. I do also authorize him to gather up all my property and sell it for cash or on a credit as he thinks but paying my funeral expenses out of the same and dividing the residue of money and notes equally between my three beloved daughter and my grand son Alexander Cloe. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 21st day of May A.D. 1867. Fulton subscribing witnesses to by forgoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Alexander Cloe late of Clark County deceased who being duly sworn according to law do depose and say each for himself that he foregoing is the last will and testament of the said Alexander Cloe deceased that they subscribed their names thereto as the ___ witnesses at the request of the said testator and in his presence and in the presence of each other on the 21st day of May A.D. 1867 _____ their presence by making his mark and ___ the same. ____ and testament and that the said testator at the time of ___ same as aforesaid was of full age sound mind and memory with no constraint.
