Frank Dustin 
Charleston Illinois- Frank William Dustin Jr. 45 of Charleston Illinois died at
12:50am Thursday (July 6,1995) at St. John's Hospital in Springfield Illinois.
The funeral will be at 1:00am. Monday at the Harper-Swickard Funeral Home with
the Rev. Bill Boaz officiating. Burial will be in the Mound Cemetery. Visitation
will be from 9am. until service time at the funeral home.
Frank was born March 27, 1950 in Charleston West Virginia. He was the son of
Frank William Dustin and Janet Ruth Douglas Dustin Powers Douglas being Her
fathers last name. He married Linda Davis In 1971; she survives.
Also surviving is a son Gary Lee Dustin Of Charleston Illinois; one daughter
Astre Lynn Dustin Of Charleston Illinois; and two sisters Ruth Ann Sheffler and
Ginger Lee Schaefer Powers Both of Charleston Illinois.

Additional Comments:
Frank was my one and only uncle on my moms side. He did not like to be called
uncle Billie or for that matter he did not want to be called Billie at all but
he did not have a problem letting us call him that. He was my best uncle in the
whole world well to me he was anyway.
