Baker in the matter of the last Will and Testament of Fannie Miller Deceased, for Probate of Will and Letter Testamentary. TO THE HONORABLE John T. Kincaid, Judge of the County Court of Coles County, in the State of Illinois; The petition of the undersigned Thomas J. Baker respectfully represents that Fannie Baker Miller, who was at the time of her death a resident of the County of Coles and State of Illinois, departed this life at Mattoon in Coles County, State of Illinois, on or about the 5th day of March A. D. 1936, leaving a last Will and Testament, duly signed, published and attested, as believed by your petitioner, and which by him is herewith presented to Your Honor for Probate. That said Will dated February 10th, 1936 is subscribed by Lena Williams, Hattie Cutler and Julia Sentenoy---- as witnesses to the execution thereof. The said Testatri in her said last Will nominated and appointed said Thomas J. Baker your Petitioner... Executor thereof, and that your petitioner is willing and ready to accept and undertake the office and trust confided to him.
