Andrews, Frank Taylor, Physician of 32 North State Street, was born April 10,
1858, in Chicago. He was Professor of Gynecology in the Northwestern University
Medical College. In 1911 he was appointed First Lieutenant of the United States
Army Medical Reserve Corps.
