Arthur, William Henry, Attorney-at-Law of 72 West Adams Street, was born Dec.
27, 1868, in Dublin, Ireland. From 1895-1902 he was assistant Corporation
Counsel of the City of Chicago; and in 1909 he was Democratic nominee for Judge
of the Circuit Court.
