Artingstall, William, Civil Engineer of 139 North Clark Street, was born May 10,
1874, in Chicago, Ill. He is Division Engineer of the Board of Supervising
Engineers of the Chicago Traction System. He designed and built all of the
tunnels under the Chicago River.
