Ashby, James H., was born Nov. 17, 1874, in Dutchess County, N. Y. Since 1880 he
has been a resident in Chicago. He is General Superintendent of the Union Stock
Yard and Transit Company; President of the Amity Building and Loan Association;
and is a Director of the Stock Yards National Bank and the National Live Stock Bank.
