Baackes, Frank, General Sales Manager of 208 South LaSalle Street, was born
March 9, 1863, in Germany. He has always been engaged in the steel and wire
business. He is now Vice-President and General Sales Manager for the American
Steel and Wire Company. He is a member of the Union League, South Shore Country,
Chicago Automobile, Germania, and Midday Clubs and the Chicago Athletic Association.
