Baldwin, Jesse A., Lawyer and Jurist, was born Aug. 9, 1854, in Greenwood, Ill.
In 1877-84 he was Assistant United States Attorney; and later was Chief Justice
of the Appellate Court, First District. He is now head of the Chancery Division
Circuit Court of Cook County. He is also a Trustee of the University of Chicago
and Rush Medical College.
