LaSalle Street, was born Jan. 31, 1861, in Crawford County, Ind. In 1877 he entered railway service with the St. Louis and Southeastern Railway Company at Evansville, Ind; and has since held various railway positions. Since 1900 he has been President of the Elgin, Joliet and Eastern Railroad Company; and is a director in other corporations.
