Barnett, Otto Raymond, Attorney-at-Law of 53 West Jackson Boulevard, was born
Sept. 21, 1868, in Washington, D. C. In 1889 he was admitted to the bar of the
Illinois Supreme Court; and 1897 the United States Supreme Court. Since 1902 he
has been Professor of Patent Law in the Northwestern University.
