Author: Mae Felts Herringshaw (1916)

  Barton, Jesse Billings, Attorney-at-Law of the Baltimore and Ohio Station, was
born May 28, 1850, in Demorestville, Ont., Canada. He has been Assistant
Corporation Counsel of Chicago and General Attorney and a Director of the
Chicago Terminal Transfer Railroad Company. He is now General Attorney for the
Baltimore and Ohio Chicago Terminal Railroad Company.
