  Baxter, John Sydney, Publisher of 508 South Dearborn Street, was born June 25,
1867, in Bertie, Ontario, Canada. He was formerly President and General Manager
of the Baxter Register Company. He is now President and Treasurer of the Union
Book and Publishing Company; and is also Manager of The Art Publisher.
