Author: Mae Felts Herringshaw (1916)

  Bays, Alfred William, Attorney and Professor Law of 109 North Dearborn Street,
was born July 12, 1876, in Vermont, Ill. Since 1905 he has been Lecturer on Law
in the Northwestern University School of Law; and is also Professor of Law in
the Northwestern University School of Commerce. He has a large private practice;
and is a member of several societies.
