Beitler, Henry Clay, Lawyer and Jurist, the City Hall, was born July 1, 1866,
near Hagerstown, Md. In 1898 he was elected a member of the House of
Representatives and served several terms. In 1888 he was admitted to the bar,
and engaged in practice in his birthplace; and since 1890 has practiced in
Chicago. He is now Judge of the Municipal Court of Chicago.
