  Best, William, Importer and Manufacturer of 533 South Wabash Avenue, was born
Aug. 29, 1841, in Canterbury, England. Since 1852 he has been Board of South
Park Commissioners and President and Secretary of the board. He is President of
the firm of Best and Russell, importers and manufacturers of cigars.
