  Betak, Theodore W., Accountant of 7 S. Dearborn Street, was born Dec. 18,
1878. He has been Correspondent for the Claim Department of the American Steel
and Wire Company; Supervising Accountant for the Investor's Audit Company;
Accountant for the Chicago Commission on City Expenditures; and Lecturer at the
Northwestern University School of Commerce. He is now senior member of the firm
of T. W. Betak and Company, public accountants; and Accountant for The Chicago
Bureau of Public Efficiency.
