  Betz, Frank S., Manufacturer of 105 North Wabash Avenue, was born June 11,
1861, in Eau Claire, Wis. Since 1895 he has been engaged in the manufacture of
surgical instruments, and is now President of the Frank S. Betz Company, factory
at Hammond, Ind. He is also a Director of the First National Bank; and a
Director of Gostlin, Meyer and Company.
