  Billings, Frank, Physician of 122 South Michigan Avenue, was born April 2,
1854, in Highland, Wis. He is Professor of Medicine in the University of
Chicago. He is also First Lieutenant of the United States Army Medical Reserve
Corps; and President of the Illinois State Board of Charities.
