  Bissell, John W., Attorney-at-Law of 38 South Dearborn Street, was born Dec.
25, 1875, in Tyner City, Ind. He was Cashier and Director of the Farmers and
Merchants State Bank of Will shire, Ohio. He is a Royal Arch Mason. He is now
practicing his profession, and is identified with John F. Devine, Public
Administrator of Cook County.
