  Blair, Watson Franklin, Capitalist of 720 Rush Street was born Jan. 29, 1854,
in Michigan City, Ind. He was engaged in the grain commission business on the
Chicago Board of Trade as Blair and Company; now retired from active business.
He is a Director of the Corn Exchange National Bank, and Vice-President of the
Field Museum of Natural History.
