Julian, Research Chemist of 833 South Ashland Boulevard, was born Aug. 13, 1874, in Ft. Wayne, Ind. He is Superintendent of the American Metallizing Company; Director in the Research Laboratory of Applegren and Block; and Director in the Chemical Laboratory of D. Julian Block. He is the author of Brom-Chlorine Secondary Cell; Sodium-Copper Primary Battery; Rare Earth Metals; and other works; and is a member of the American Chemical Society, the American Electrochemical Society, and the American Institute of Electrical Engineers.
