Transcriber's note: I am working from a microfilmed version of a photocopy of
the original book. The photos and drawings are so badly deteriorated that I am
not going to put them on-line. I have indicated in the transcription where a
photo is present. Unless otherwise stated, the photo is of the person (usually a
head shot). There are 4 copies of the book in libraries. If you are interested
in obtaining a copy of a photo, contact your local public library and ask them
to request a copy through their inter-library loan service. Tell your librarian
you want a copy from the original book and not from the microfilm. Your first
generation copy will be much better than my third generation copy.
