for record in the Office of the Jackson County Recorder, March 17, 1920 at 10 
o'clock A. M., Charles A. Lindenau, Recorder 

State of Iowa, Physician's Certificate 

Stuart Howard Bowman, M.D., residing at Maquoketa, Iowa, in the County of 
Jackson, State of Iowa, aged 29 years, a native of Iowa, having given 
satisfactory evidence that he has been engaged in the practice of Medicine and 
Surgery for five years and has received a diploma from the Hahnemann Medical 
College, Chicago in the State of Illinois on the 29th day of May, 1913 and 
having passed a satisfactory examination before this board in Medicine, 
Surgery and Obstetrics is legally authorized to practice Medicine and Surgery 
in the State of Iowa.
