Chicago Inter-Ocean, July 27, 1875 July 27, 1875
Martin - In this city, at 5 o'clock yesterday morning, of rheumatism of the 
heart, John Martin, aged 30 years.

Funeral from his late residence, 263 North Water street, at 11 o'clock this 
morning, to the Church of the Holy Name, and thence by cars to Calvary. 
Friends of the family are invited to attend.
