   Legal Notices
   The will of Mrs. Mary E. Gates, who died at her 
residence in Wilmette on April 8, filed in the
Probate Court, disposes of an estate valued at
$110,000, of which $91,000 is in personal property.
After a few bequests to relatives, Mrs. Gates gives
a fourth share of her estate to each of her sons,
Frank C., Henry B., and Herbert W. Gates. The remainder
of the estate is bequeathed to William S. Gates,
another son, and his wife.
