Harry Mahoney of 7435 Kenwood avenue was the victim. He is reported to have been shot after entering Mexican territory from El Paso. He was a lineman employed by the Postal Telegraph company. He recently obtained an honorable discharge from the United States army service. Upon receipt of the news of his brother's death John Mahoney, Jr., left for El Paso to take charge of the body. It will be brought home for burial.
