   The Y.M.C.A. gave an opening this evening that was
largely attended. The association has brighter prospects
than ever before. Mr. Frank Rozelle, the new general
secretary, arrived from Peoria last week. Mr. Keesler,
late general secretary of the Pekin association, has
been secured as gymnasium enstructor.
