Chicago Tribune - July 6, 1967
Mass was said Friday in Our Lady Help of Christian church for William H. Devenish, 
81. Mr. Devenish, who served as city attorney from 1916-1924, died June 27.  
Burial was in All Saints Cemetery.  He leaves his widow, Gertrude; a daughter; two 
grandchildren; and two sisters.
